Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on Sunday said that President Trump might "face the real prospect of jail time" after prosecutors indicated last week that he directed illegal payments during his 2016 presidential campaign.

"There’s a very real prospect that on the day Donald Trump leaves office, the Justice Department may indict him. That he may be the first president in quite some time to face the real prospect of jail time," he said on CBS's "Face the Nation."

No smear at all.  You should go read your post from an objective point of view, and it’ll be pretty clear that you were advocating that Trump collect information to use for blackmail and extortion to protect himself - to use as his get out of jail free card. 

That post is pretty clear so, if in point of fact you neither support Trump, nor believe that blackmail and extortion are a legitimate means of protecting one’s self, then you need to go back to grade school and learn how to communicate in basic written English.

I'm not sure where the blackmail and extortion is. This might show how virulently anti-Trump you are then.  Let's see, pay offs to women he alllegedly had flings with, a sin...not a crime. Extortion, stealing, well, I guess, if they used campaign money, a case can be made for this. It still sounds like an exaggeration.

Heck, I'm for Trump and anyone else, who ends the Korean war, brings NK to the negotiating table and busts the Caliphate of ISIS, one of the greatest evils since WWII. It's not something Obama or his predecessor did, not all 3 things.
