House Democrats Plan To Criminalize Private Gun Sales

While the Democrats’ gun control push will not prevent mass shootings, it will criminalize a grandfather for passing his goose gun to his grandson without government permission. It will also criminalize a mother who gives her college-age daughter a revolver for self-defense without first getting government permission.

Democrats have promised an anti-Second Amendment agenda once they take over the House in January.  Among the plethora of unconstitutional legislation, they will seek to push through is to criminalize private gun sales between individuals.

Democrats will do this by advancing a bill that will require a background check for every single gun sale.  Remember, these are the same people that cry "innocent until proven guilty" when they are accused of criminal activity, but they want you and me to prove our innocence and will assume we are guilty before purchasing a gun and exercising our God-given rights to keep and bear such arms, which they are supposed to protect.

My question for Congressjerk Eric Swalwell is pretty simple: “How many Americans would you murder to achieve your goal of disarming us?”

It’s a fair question.

Swalwell is the MSNBC stalwart who recently wrote an op-ed advocating that the government confiscate the guns that make people like him wet themselves and imprison those of us who decline to surrender them. Millions of Americans own these basic tools of freedom, which the ignorant call “assault weapons,” and these loyal citizens keep and bear them to protect themselves, their families, their communities and their Constitution. But Rep. Swalwell would make these citizens felons, though these patriots are only a threat to criminals and aspiring tyrants. ...

Rep. Swalwell, some people are going to fight rather than cave in, so what’s the number of bodies you would be willing to pile up to win? Let’s put aside the right or wrong of resistance; it’ll be a thing. It’ll happen. ...

 So, you’re going to have to kill some people to do what you want, and I just want to know how many you’re prepared to off to achieve your goal.

After all, it’s not as if you Democrats don’t already have a history of killing people for having guns you disapprove of.

The House cannot criminalize anything.  It takes laws in this country so it must pass the Senate as well as the Executive.

And how the hell are they actually going to DO that?
There are WAY WAY more guns that are unregistered, and they have *NO* record on, not to mention many, many more that they have only a record on the first purchase, and nothing thereafter.

This is a foolish attempt that everyone will summarily ignore.
