Palladium noses past gold briefly, now gold retakes the lead.

Gold is at $1241.10 right now while palladium went to $1210.00 from the all time high of $1239.50, topping gold for a day. Here's a Reuters article on that.

Some sort of catalyst converter and small connectors in computers and circuit boards if I remember correctly. They prefer Rhodium but Palladium and Platinum are near enough to be used for similar things. High electrical response and non-corrosive prized attributes.
