Univ offers paid fellowships for 'underrepresented' students only

Oregon Health and Science University offers a "Fellowship for Diversity in Research," intended for students from "historically underrepresented populations."

The fellowship is research-based and provides recipients with stipends of up to $59,736.

Ah feel  yore pain. It must be hard to prove how progressive you are when you can't find any suffering minorities that are willing to take your money so you can prove how open-minded you are.

Have you tried recruiting in Africa?
Anyone who isn't paranoid in 2021 just isn't thinking clearly!
