Harvard Gives Asian-Americans Low ‘Personality’ Ratings to Justify Discrimination

The Department of Justice recently forced Harvard University to reveal critical details about how it selects students for admission. And it isn’t pretty.

Asian-Americans have long accused Harvard of discriminating against them on the basis of race. The Asian student group Students for Fair Admissions filed a lawsuit demanding Harvard turn over documents detailing its selection process. Harvard was forced by the Department of Justice to oblige, and the new evidence has only confirmed the plaintiffs’ suspicions.

Harvard’s own internal documents allege that it selects people for admission based largely on three criteria: academics, extracurriculars, and “personality.” (Athletes have their own separate category.) Asian-Americans categorically score extremely highly on academics and extracurriculars—the highest of all races, according to the internal Justice Department report.

Of course they do,and anyone who has ever lived in Asia any length of time can tell you why. It's primarly because they are willing to work their asses off to succeed,and because that sort of thing is a highly praised trait in Asia. In modern 'murika anyone willing to work hard to succeed is considered to be a fool and a show-off.

I'm blown away on several levels. What you said first off, I compeletely identify with that as a midwesterner raised old school. Work hard, talk little, don't attract attention was the culture.

It's also Asian culture, and I can't believe how they are being judged on a strictly racial and cultural basis by these egghead liberal doucheholes. They're not even trying to pretend they're not racist.

Doesn't surprise me at all. Authoritarian socialists of the kind that infest universities are the least tolerant people you'll ever meet.

They can't afford to be subtle. They thought the white man was their only enemy and their "yellow brothers from the east" were "fellow traveler minorities". Here they are with victory practically in their grasp,and up pops "the new white man",and this one is yellow.

Just wait until they find out their new "yellow white man" is not only not a minority,but most likely THE majority racial population on the planet. They would have been ruling the world for the last 100 years if it hadn't been for the communist boot heel on their necks and their racical/genetic tendency to "go with the flow and don't cause trouble".

Asians are not creative people as a general rule.but once something is proven or developed and they get their hands on it,they can work the HELL out of it.
