Sean Hannity interviewed Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Wednesday evening on several topics, including the ongoing Florida vote recounts in Florida’s Palm Beach and Broward Counties.  Graham sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee and is a former JAG attorney.

It was suggested before Election Day that current Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley may relinquish his post in favor of chairing the Finance Committee, paving the way for Graham to assume the chairmanship.

At 9:30 p.m. ET, Hannity asked Graham if as chairman, he would re-examine the FBI’s 2016 investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server while she served as Obama’s secretary of state between 2009 and 2013.  On July 5, 2016, then-FBI Director James Comey gave a presser in which he declared that no recommendation of Clinton to the Justice Department for possible criminal prosecution would be made.  “No reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,” Comey asserted at the time, to the surprise of many Americans.

Earlier this year, Hannity reported that more than two dozen FBI agents were willing to testify to Congress as to their observations of the Clinton probe by the agency.

“I’m gonna look at it,” Graham said.
