I can't even see that Tucker laid a hand on him.  This seems as legitimate as Avenatti's other cases.

From what I read on another story, Carlson's son threw a glass of red wine and the miscreant, and that's assault in some jurisdictions.  How this leads to charges against Tucker is beyond me.

I'm not given to lose my temper with even the most obnoxious people, at least since I stopped drinking years ago. But IF I'm going to be accused of assault, it'll be obvious that I did, or I didn't, not some smirking pencil-neck merely accusing me.
