I think some politicians could find a lot of success as one issue politicians. I think I'd go specifically for immigration and make it known that this is my only objective once I get to Washington. I've turned on the lights for a few liberals when it comes to the immigration issue. I think as a politician I could maybe capture a handful of support from the left and center in addition to obvious right wing support. I think not being marred by a dozen other divisional issues would allow me to get more people to follow me.

That was then: A chicken in every pot!

This is now: Pot in every chicken!

(Bet it would make a great gravy!)

"And if I am elected
I promise the formation of a new party
A third party, the Wild Party!
I know we have problems
We got problems right here in Central City
We have problems on the North, South, East and West
New York City, Saint Louis, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago
Everybody has problems
And personally, I don't care."
