Pelosi: Democrats 'are America, we look like America'

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday said Democrats "are America" and "look like America," touting the party's increasing racial and gender diversity.

"We have record numbers of people of color in our caucus now and a record number of women," Pelosi said at the National Action Network Legislative & Policy Conference, noting the House Democrats of the 116th Congress will be around 60 percent women, people of color and LGBTQ people.

"That’s a stark difference from the other side of the aisle," the prospective Speaker noted. "We are America, we look like America, America is represented in the Congress very fully."

The incoming Congress will include a record 128 women, with 26 new women among House Democrats and 10 fewer women among the lower chamber's Republicans, Axios reported.

They look awfully Anti-American to me.  Muslims, communists and socialists.
