I don't usually read, much less post articles from Conservative Treehouse, but this one might be worth reading. 

As we know, the left is going all out against the appointment of Matthew Whittaker.  Why?  This is an interesting theory:

The opportunity to do the "cleaning" has passed. It passed the day after Trump was elected and said:

“I don’t want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t,” Mr. Trump said in an interview with the New York Times. “She went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways.” He also said the Clinton Foundation has done “good work.”

There are a few republicans, NeverTrumpers primarily, who secretly hope that Trump (or anything he touches) will flame out soon so that they can then say, “See, I told you so.” Some even inhabit these pages. I consider them far more destructive of Trump’s conservative agenda than the devils we know, the Democrats.
