El Centro Sector border patrol agents were the first in the country to use a vehicle equipped with new immobilization device.

According to a news release by border patrol, residents called to report suspicious behavior near Gordon's Well exit and Interstate 8 involving a yellow PT Cruiser. Agents found the vehicle and attempted to perform a stop but the vehicle would not pull over.

I guess they thought they wouldn't stand out in a yellow PT Cruiser.

I'm for them firing a shell with expanding foam into the cab, turn the car into a friggin cannoli. Kind of like what happens at the end of this Demolition Man scene, but for different reasons.
