Non-citizens voting in Texas? “We’ve got tons of them. Tons of DACA voters” says election official caught on an undercover video.

Are you really shocked by this‽ They have been cheating for years and mostly getting away with it too. It’s the only thing they know. That’s the reason they are against voter ID.

It’s time to arrest everyone who voted illegally and lock them up for a long time then kick their butts out of the U.S. But until Attorney General Jeff Sessions wakes up and is willing to deliver real consequences to people like this, they will continue on.

Why can't Texas prosecute this?  Why would it have to be the AG of the US?

Texas does prosecute these types of crimes.

Sessions is gone.  Maybe the new AG will face this head on.   Hopefully O'Keefe will cooperate and provide investigators details, and we can climb the ladder and see who is spearheading this crime.

Voter ID has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.  If a person registers to vote 30 days before the election via postcard they can lie about citizenship.  They don't have to prove anything.  They are registered.  The poll workers only have to confirm their address! That address doesn't even have to be on a Texas ID.  The registration process is what we have to fix.

Here is a list of the supporting forms of ID that can be presented if the voter does not possess one of the forms of acceptable photo ID and cannot reasonably obtain one:

copy or original of a government document that shows the voter’s name and an address, including the voter’s voter registration certificate;
copy of or original current utility bill;
copy of or original bank statement;
copy of or original government check;
copy of or original paycheck; or
copy of or original of (a) a certified domestic (from a U.S. state or territory) birth certificate or (b) a document confirming birth admissible in a court of law which establishes the voter’s identity (which may include a foreign birth document).

After presenting one of the forms of supporting ID listed above, the voter must execute a Reasonable Impediment Declaration.
