A mob of Antifa protesters is currently outside the DC-area home of Fox News personality Tucker Carlson.
The group is threatening Carlson and demanding that he leave town, saying that “tonight, we remind you that you are not safe either.”

Fox News host Tucker Carlson was at his desk Wednesday evening, less than two hours before his 8 p.m. live show, when he suddenly started receiving multiple text messages.

There was some sort of commotion happening outside his home in Northwest D.C.

"I called my wife," Carlson told The Washington Post in a phone interview. "She had been in the kitchen alone getting ready to go to dinner and she heard pounding on the front door and screaming. ... Someone started throwing himself against the front door and actually cracked the front door."

His wife, thinking it was a home invasion, locked herself in the pantry and called 911, Carlson said. The couple have four children, but none were home at the time.

But it wasn't a home invasion. It was a protest.  ...

"We want you to know, we know where you sleep at night," the person concluded, before leading the group to chant, "Tucker Carlson, we will fight! We know where you sleep at night!"

Roughly 20 people had gathered outside Carlson's residence, said Lt. Jon Pongratz with the Metropolitan Police Department of D.C. Authorities received a call at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and responded "within a few minutes," Pongratz told The Post.  ...

You know what they say:  When seconds count, the police are just minutes away.  Also, a hostile crowd of roughly 20 people is why you need high capacity magazines.

In a now-deleted Twitter post, SmashRacism posted, “Each night you remind us that we are not safe. Tonight we remind you that you are not safe either.”While the posts are gone, SmashRacism DC is still active on Facebook and Instagram.

Mrs. Obama should visit Mrs. Carlson


Birtherism was the insipid controversy over Obama's birth certificate. It made no sense because no matter where he was born, he was American because his mother was American.

Michelle Obama is still upset by birtherism.

In her new book, she wrote, "The whole thing was crazy and mean-spirited, of course, its underlying bigotry and xenophobia hardly concealed.

"But it was also dangerous, deliberately meant to stir up the wingnuts and kooks…What if someone with an unstable mind loaded a gun and drove to Washington? Mrs. Obama should try walking in the shoes of someone who feared for her life while an angry mob of deranged people tried to break down her door.

She should visit Susan Carlson and speak out against the mob that terrified her and her four children this week while her husband was out.  ...

Here locally, on syndicated talk radio, Friday afternoon the host questioned too by the DC police department didn't arrest anybody.

When questioned, the spokesperson said that as the police were driving up responding to the 911 call, "...the crowd was dispersing".

The host asked if anybody would have been arrested in the "dispersing" crowd if they were responding to Mayor Mruiel Bowser's home.

If it's a liberal enclave, probably.  Pittsburgh is uber-liberal with an idiot liberal mayor.  This past summer there were protests, maybe not ANTIFA, but some other well financed group of malcontents, over an allegedly unarmed kid killed by police.  These bums were blocking traffic, harassing and threatening motorists -- you name it.  Police just let them do what they wanted at the mayor's direction ...till they blocked an ambulance from transporting a patient to a nearby hospital.  There was sufficient hue and cry from all sides of the issues that the mayor finally ordered the police to reign these terrorists in at least somewhat.

Early on, when someone asked the local DA why these punks were allowed to do what  they wanted, he said, "well, we have to respect their rights to free speech."  I guess their free speech rights superseded the right of that patient in the ambulance to live.

Antifa is NOT free speech. Threatening random passing drivers. Breaking down someone's door. Breaking shop windows. Assaulting anyone they think is not with them. They have even assaulted their own people by mistake. Calling this mob wearing masks and carrying weapons "free speech" is insanity. I believe it is deliberate insanity because so many mayors support them. Antifa is the Democrat's brownshirts. They have taken the place of the KKK as the militant 'enforcers' of the Democrat Party.
