As far as San Fran Nan is concerned, I wish her a long, long, life in San Francisco, walking feces smeared streets barefoot while slowly succumbing to terminal Botox induced crotch rot, but I would be uncivil (incivil?) shouting that and disrupting an appearance by her elsewhere.
Instead, look around, find out who is there to cheer and lap up her crap, and make sure to never support them in any way.
