The side effect of the Warren debacle is the damage she is doing to Harvard. Especially to their widely criticized 'diversity' criteria. Warren is like a suicide bomber who blew herself up in the Harvard library.

Yes, she did blow herself up. But the damage to Harvard she has done is in play as well.

Apparently one of the reasons it is only "strong evidence" is because Amerinds in North America generally do not take DNA tests so the DNA companies use Central and South American DNA to compare to.  With the data currently available it is almost impossible to accurately determine North American Amerind heritage.
