A fire last week in a Toronto hotel that houses refugees is being investigated as a possible case of arson, Canadian media reported on Thursday.

Police said that they found matches beside a gasoline canister and are reviewing footage from surveillance cameras, a CBC report said.

An employee spotted the canister aflame on the hotel’s third floor on 2 October.

Good article. Some place was set on fire in Germany once and I believe they determined from that article at least, that a refugee set it on fire. The article does mention some "anti-Muslim" and "right-wing groups" who they've had run-ins with. Some Canadian columnist also claimed goats were slaughtered in the bathroom at the hotel. The Hotel Radisson denies. A quality chain of hotels.

There is a person of interest in this case and they have a picture, they say this is a woman, with that huge parka coat, I can barely tell. Maybe they have an eyewitness:

Police release images of suspect in arson at hotel housing refugees

Toronto police need help to identify a woman they believe may have been involved in an arson at a hotel that is home to refugees.

Back on Oct. 2, emergency were called to the Radisson Hotel at 55 Hallcrown Place, in the Highway 401 and Victoria Park Avenue area, shortly after 10:30 p.m.

Police quickly evacuated the hotel and put out the blaze, which an investigation later determined was started on the third floor. The fire was "started intentionally," police said in a news release issued early Friday.
