 BREAKING: Russian And US Astronauts Emergency Land After Failed Launch to Space Station

Booster rockets carrying a Soyuz spacecraft with a Russian and a US astronaut on board headed for the International Space Station failed mid-air on Thursday, forcing the crew to make an emergency landing.

NASA said that the crew was safe and was making an emergency landing in Kazakhstan where the unsuccessful launch took place.

"The crew is returning to Earth in a ballistic descent mode," wrote NASA, noting that the descent would take place at a steeper angle than usual, but that rescue crews were en route to the expected scene of the landing.

If I were to tell someone back in the 1960s, 70s, or 80s, that by 2012 and on, the United States if we wanted to get into orbit the Russians would be the ones we would have to hitch a ride with, they would have called me a damn liar, or had visions of a successful Russian invasion.   It's a shame how far we have fallen.

You can thank Barack Hussein Obama and the RINOs for that.  Obama for 'fundamentally transforming' NASA into a "Muslim outreach" agency... and the RINOs for going along with the Democrats to decimate our space program funding.  The nation that rules space will be the nation that rules earth.  And looks like that nation will be China.....now.
