Echo of the past: the rise of Germany's far right
By Diana Magnay, Sky correspondent in Germany

Sky's Diana Magnay meets members of the far right in Germany, where there is a backlash against the country's immigration policy.

Tommy Frenck is a well-known neo-Nazi though he doesn't call himself that.

"Just a normal-minded person with a normal political view," he says.

But the slogans on the merchandise he sells aren't all that normal. The 'HTLR SCHNTZL' T-shirt, the pillow range emblazoned with "I love HTLR" and "88", a known allusion to Heil Hitler (H being the eighth letter of the alphabet). None of it technically illegal, though sharing his views on Germany's Nazi period would be, Frenck says. No comment on the period 1933 to 1945 or else he'll go to jail.

The Thuringian arm of Germany's domestic intelligence agency, the Verfassungsschutz, are less coy. According to their analysis, Tommy Frenck's a bona fide neo-Nazi - one of around 350 in Thueringen, 5,800 across Germany as a whole. Many of them are under surveillance.

Sure the guy is a Socialist and of course he irrationally hates the Jews, but those Hitler throw pillows look of a high quality. Must be that German attention to detail like in my Mercedes. These pillows might make great stocking stuffers too!

Who ya gonna believe with that crap?  The propaganda Minister for the Nazis or what today's media tells you they were?
Fart for freedom, fart for liberty and fart proudly.  - Benjamin Franklin

...Obsta principiis—Nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. When the people give way, their deceivers, betrayers and destroyers press upon them so fast that there is no resisting afterwards. The nature of the encroachment upon [the] American constitution is such, as to grow every day more and more encroaching. Like a cancer, it eats faster and faster every hour." - John Adams, February 6, 1775

Quote from: article
The AfD has capitalised on this kind of sentiment, stirring the pot through social media to embellish the migrant threat and playing on the notion of victimhood to further its cause. The gist of it being that the German people are both the victims of an influx of asylum seekers who threaten to destroy the very notion of the homeland and the victims of a mainstream media which seeks to besmirch their good name.

Embellish the threat of Muslim immigrants?

As much as I don't like Hitler or other "Ism"s.... you have to admit they are right in this area, if you can't, then you are just lying and part of the proof of their claims of bias in the media.

If this movement want to be taken seriously, they need to drop the Nazi crap and focus on something more productive (be it just control excessive immigration of those that hate you and yours and seeking a government that doesn't spit at conservative values of family country and God.

I'm on record in this forum for years stating that only "the extreme rightwing" parties have the ability to rescue Western Europe from an islamic future.

I still believe this, and I -support- the rise in Deutschland of the hard right.
I wish them growing numbers in the years to come, and "the will" to do what is necessary to save their country.

The future there will not be pretty or tidy.

It certainly won't be if islam prevails, which is what will happen if "the mainstream parties" continue to govern as they are doing now.

And it won't be if the necessary actions are taken to STOP islam from "prevailing".
But... what must be done.... must be done.

The alternative -- the burqha -- is not acceptable.
It must be opposed with whatever means are necessary to destroy it.

In the entire history of the world, the only nations that had to build walls to keep their own citizens from leaving were those with leftist governments.

German teenage girl called ‘Nazi’ for reading poem about migrant violence – Her house vandalised as well
By Stan M
5 October 2018

During a Poetry Slam in Speyer, Ida-Marie Müller a 14-year-old girl dared to ridicule the welcome culture of the left and denounce refugee rapists all in one.

Not only did she receive the most applause for her poem but would have won the competition because the winner was determined this way.

“From far away the man fell into the hands of traffickers, with no passport and a mobile phone. He arrived in our hallowed German land. Because he can’t get a lady, he helped himself to one with a knife.”

The left-wing organisers couldn’t have that, of course, and simply disqualified her, the winner. She was barred from the award ceremony and another competitor was awarded first prize. ...
Rest of story

She's been identified as the "feminist daughter of an Alternative for Germany (AfD) politician," Nicole Höchst. AfD is anti-immigration. The BBC brands the girl and her poem as  racist.  *****rollingeyes*****
