Now that it’s over, anti-gun groups are in absolute hysterics that Kavanaugh was confirmed.

Groups dedicated to combatting gun violence groups issued statements lamenting the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh, which they said will lead to the Supreme Court’s drifting further in the direction of the pro-gun lobby.

The Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, named for former congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords who was herself a victim of gun violence, said Kavanaugh’s ascension to the court is “indefensible” considering what that group called his “extreme positions on the Second Amendment”.

The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, meanwhile, called Saturday’s confirmation a “sad day for America.”

In Vol 2 the weapons come out in a winner take all war on two fronts.

Vol 3 opens with the rigged murder trial of the villain in a Viking Court under Viking law to set the stage for the hero's own murder trial.

So Ruth Bader Ginsburg is the model of impartiality?

What’s hilarious here is that they’re calling Kavanaugh an “extremist” when it comes to the Second Amendment when all he wants to do is keep the status quo.

Kavanaugh is all about precedent. He believes in following where past courts have led. As such, it’s unlikely that he’ll vote to overturn the National Firearms Act or any other law the Court previously upheld. Not without something odd having changed along the way.

But he’s an extremist?

Seriously?

Time to repeal the 1934 NFA and the 1968 GCA.

Agreed. 10 years for putting a lawn mower muffler on a handgun?

It's not drifting towards any lobby...it's moving back towards the plain letter law of the 2nd Amendment.

And at the end of the day that's what Libs are scared about most...judges that absolutely adhere to the Constitution as written.
The libs/dems of today are the Quislings of former years. The cowards who would vote a fraud into office in exchange for handouts from the devil.
