TIANJIN, China (Reuters) - Maintaining China’s steady growth is increasingly difficult amid significant changes in the external environment, but China will not resort to massive stimulus, Premier Li Keqiang said on Wednesday.

China has ample policy tools to cope with difficulties and challenges, and it will keep macro-economic policies steady, Li said in a speech at the World Economic Forum in Tianjin.

China will not engage in competitive currency devaluation and will not weaken the yuan to boost exports, Li said.

It's real damn difficult when your economy is a sham and everyday you are creating new bubbles trying to centrally plan out of others. I'll bet those tariffs aren't doing them any favors either..... TEE HEE HEE.

No problem!!!
Just declare war on those meanies who refuse to let you cheat, lie and steal in trade.
That'll teach 'em!!!
Another reflection from history.
In 1894 the Qing Dynasty demanded control of the Korean Peninsula
which Japan refused to concede, so China declared war.
Nine months later China sued for peace after repeated crushing defeats.
Two realities emerged when the Sino-Japanese War ended:
1) Japan was a rising economic/military nation w/a powerful Navy,
2) China remained a feudal Empire economically/militarily backward.
