As you're well aware, our New England States are hard core socialist bastions
from Alderman to Governor; as its only a matter degree between each state.
So an idea which your comment triggered, namely a straight up swap of
New England (throw in NJ and NY perhaps) for the Canadian Provinces of
Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
They get the socialists and we get the oil and gas fields!!!!!
