I like crunchy over smooth

So now you need to buy two different peanut butters so you can layer the two types? Screw that noise. That's too extravagant for me.

That "greasy ass stuff on the top" is peanut oil.  It would separate out of regular peanut butter if they didn't add hydrogenated oil to keep it from separating.  You can pour the peanut oil off and then give the jar a mix with a long spoon or knife and stick it in the fridge and it's perfect.

Or you can just buy a normal peanut butter and use it as is and skip the 52 steps to prepare it.

This was the #1 predictor on Social Views that someone is white:

I figure that would be if you like mayonnaise on your hamburger.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

Regular peanut butter on a pb&j sandwich is WAY too sweet.  Yuck.

Maybe you should just stick to the earlier suggestion.....Vegemite. Seems more to your palate.
