Grassley: Feinstein ‘Refused’ To Cooperate On Kavanaugh Accuser

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley blasted ranking member Sen. Dianne Feinstein for her handling of high-school-era sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

The allegations against Kavanaugh surfaced Sunday after his accuser, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, granted an interview to The Washington Post. Ford detailed how she sent an anonymous letter to Feinsten regarding the alleged encounter months earlier. Feinstein said she forwarded Ford’s letter to the FBI for review but never made the allegations public until stories began to surface around the letter itself after Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings ended.

Feinstein “has had this information for many weeks and deprived her colleagues of the information necessary to do our jobs. The minority withheld even the anonymous allegations for six weeks, only to later decide that they were serious enough to investigate on the eve of the committee vote after the vetting process had been completed,” Grassley said.

The GOP needs to destroy this woman’s credibility as fast. This crap has gotta stop.

The nice thing is they can do it simply by telling the truth. But they gotta hit her and hard and to hell with the few who might be offended. Most of us are capable of seeing this farce for what it is.

It's a replay of the Salem witch trials hysteria. 

This "Me Too" stuff is just a way for all of the ugly (inside and out), unpopular and nerdy people... who are know-nothings (lefties) and do-nothings (has beens or underachievers)....  to get their revenge on the cool kids... and by rewarding bad behavior, they're getting their 15 minutes of fame.  Only, in Kavanaugh's case... he was one of the nerdy ones.  His sin is having worked hard and succeeded at becoming a respected, prominent "non-leftist" judge. 

When's the last time you saw a radical leftist judge being accused by someone on the right of this kind of thing?

Yeah, I think Ginsburg was confirmed 98 to 2.  I guess she wasn't sleeping around with 12 year old boys but she's one of the worst justices ever.

I'm really liking Grassley in this.  But there are a lot of total wimps putting pressure on for a full hearing.  So sick.
