Well, that's laying it on the line.   Take the Judge up on his offer and let him respond under oath, and then call the stinkin' vote.

Sounds to me like the judge is saying "bring it," which is a good thing.

The downside is all the accuser need do is lie, cry and sigh at the hearing, evidence be damned.  It's not about evidence, but the seriousness of the charge.

The "victim" is a professor of psychology. She has had 36 years to craft a damning enough story, to accomplish a political goal.


She can't remember how she got to the party, or where it was.



The nominee says he can remember, and that it didn't happen.
