They had something here about 2-3 weeks ago, along the same lines.
Farm bailouts due to tariff increases.
Is this the same, or an addition to the first one?

And we're still going to hear the justifications and lectures about HOW GREAT this little trade was is and how it is benefitting Americans!

4.7 B-B-BILLION for a farmer bailout?????

On top of the 1.4 TRILLION Trump signed in March????
