I'm under no illusions about McCain's politics; a person would dig forever and find no praise from me for the man.  Until his death and all of this mess, when it occurred to me that yeah, he absolutely does deserve respect and thanks for his military service and for what he went through.  The rest--the politics?  That's different.

A lot of his shipmates went through worse and caved in far less; were far less complicit in helping the Hanoi regime. And, his arrogant, hot-dogging etc. risky ways probably didn't help him avoid being shot-down any, either.

It depends on the person. It is also good for dry eyes, which I have now. Medication and age are drying me up.  888mouth

I had no trouble with the video @the_doc   

I suspect there's a lot of crap about John McCain that will be known and proven in the fullness of time.  Right now, I'll settle for an end to his funeral and a new Senator from Arizona that is no relation to McCain.

The McCain satire video here...we all recognize that he didn't actually say those words out loud.  But we all laugh because we know or can 'see' him thinking it.

...no different than the cute one going around now about Sarah Sanders dealing with the White House Press.

But you can't post a video as actual proof to support a charge made...where he uses the eff word to a female witness in a Senate hearing.
