A top Trump administration official, the U.S. and Mexico are on the verge of striking a deal on updating NAFTA.
White House economic adviser Kevin Hassett said trade representatives from both countries are finalizing the details for a modernized agreement. Hassett said the new accord will level the playing field for the American farming and automotive industry.
