MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI - Three men accused of selling heroin as part of an international drug cartel are in the Muskegon County Jail on $50 million and $60 million bonds, which could be record-setting bonds for the county.
More than 1,600 grams - or 3.6 pounds - of heroin were seized as part of the investigation, said Muskegon County Senior Assistant Prosecutor Benjamin Medema.
Julio Ponce, 42, of Mexico is being held on a $60 million bond. Albaro Perez, 40, of Elsa, Texas, and Martin Trevino of Mercedes, Texas, both are being held on $50 million bonds.

One doesn't see these kinds of bonds, flight risks I assume. Not directly immigration but seems to be related, just think, that heroin must have come over from Mexico and up into the Midwest. Only 3.6 pounds of heroin but I guess it can be divided into a lot.
