That may be stretching it, "he" wasn't sued about it, the company, his father's company was sued. They didn't contest it or something like that.

He and his father kept blacks from renting their apartments.  They had the employees renting the apartments put a certain character on the page which meant the possible renter was black.  Those people did not get an apartment.  It was this that was taken to court by the state or feds, don't remember which, and they settled out of court.

I thought that actor, Don Cheadle already made the accusation some time ago, nothing came of that. The only reason people care here, is because Omarosa seems to contradict herself.... the tape has been rumored about as well before.

Using the n-word is supposed to be the biggest crime a white  public figure can make other than murder.  Tv chef Paula Dean said the word thirty years ago, and the usual suspects demanded she be fired for something she said decades previous.
And as WTF has reminded us, many black people use the word regularly. Now some people are trying to condemn white people for repeating the words to rap songs with n words.
Apparently, it's perfectly fine for white people to buy and listen to recordings with the n-word  repeated often, but to repeat the lyrics out loud is a sin equal to admitting owning slaves.
The usual response of many blacks accused of assaulting a white person is that the white person called them the n-word. I have second hand knowledge of this kind of fraud.
My own belief is that I doubt Trump uses the n-word. He certainly has his faults, but I doubt that's one of them.
But even if he had, my own advice to the race baiters and various race-obsessed vultures is to catapult themselves 100 miles into the nearest ocean and drown. I just don't care anymore.

 No one accused  Donald Trump of being a racist until he decided to run for president and became a threat to Hillary Clinton’s return to power.

In 1986, Trump joined several other prominent Americans, such as Rosa Parks and Muhammad Ali, as recipients of an “Ellis Island Award.”

One suspects if Trump was a racist, there’s no way he would have posed for a photo with those two.

The New York Times reported on October 16, 1986:

Eighty Americans from 42 ethnic groups were named yesterday as recipients of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor by the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation.

The medals will be presented to the recipients, all either naturalized or native Americans, at a ceremony Oct. 27 on Ellis Island. That is the day before the 100th anniversary of the dedication of the Statue of Liberty, the final event of the 1986 Liberty Centennial observances. …

Those named yesterday were selected from more than 15,000 nominations. The winners, a mixture of prominent and relatively unknown citizens, were screened by the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations, which was selected for the work by the foundation.

Trump has always helped the black race.  Everything they say about racism, on him, is totally UN-TRUE.  If I had to fault him, it would be for that! Helping ungrateful people.
He has always helped them.  Many stories through the years.  Now he is racist?  BACKWARDS.
