The reward for information leading to the location, arrest or conviction of Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah and Saif al-Adel is now $10 million each — up from $5 million offered since 2000, the State Department announced on Wednesday. The two leaders were charged by a federal grand jury for the Aug. 7, 1998, attacks in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. The bombings killed more than 250 people, including 12 Americans, and nearly 5,000 others were injured.
