ACLU Claims Illegal Aliens Are Entitled To Our Money

Several school districts in New Jersey require that parents must have a valid form of ID before enrolling their children in school. If there’s one thing the ACLU hates as much as the 1st and 2nd Amendments it’s any effort to make people prove who they are, so naturally they are suing. That the ACLU is suing isn’t big news, they sue everybody for everything all the time, but it’s in a statement regarding the lawsuit where this gets particularly insane. According to the ACLU illegal aliens are entitled to US tax payer dollars because the Constitution says so.

The ACLU’s beef with requiring ID to enroll kids in school is because they say it will discriminate against illegal aliens. If you are like me, your reaction falls somewhere between “good” and “so what?” Here is the official ACLU statement on this dumb thing:

Just ONCE I want to read a story saying a court has found that the professional welfare class are entitled to the ACLU's money.
