Bosnian Serbs Oppose Sarajevo-Belgrade Highway Plan

Turkey is willing to provide three billion euros to build a Sarajevo-Belgrade highway, but even though details of the deal are not yet known, Bosnian Serb officials strongly oppose it.
Bosnia’s Minister of Communications and Transport, Ismir Jusko, is to visit Turkey soon to work out the terms of Ankara’s three-billion-euro funding offer for the new highway - but officials in Bosnia’s Serb-dominated entity Republika Srpska have already said that they do not support the deal.
“We managed to collect and provide all the information and they [the Turkish delegation] did a feasibility study, I will try to schedule a meeting with Turkish [transport] minister [Ahmet] Arslan as soon as possible in order to get information about the financial estimates for this project,†Jusko told N1 TV on Tuesday.

Who'd think the Turks would have that kind of money to throw around though, I'm sure they could make money back on their investment.
