Benadryl is used to treat sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, and other cold or allergy symptoms.

Benadryl is also used to treat motion sickness, to induce sleep, and to treat certain symptoms of Parkinson's disease.

Benadryl Children's Elixr is our go-to medication when we think someone is having an allergic reaction. Mrs Joe reacts to some four letter preservatives and certain VOCs (from oil based drilling fluid, for one).

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Benadryl is a multi purpose we keep on hand for allergic reactions, while it makes me hyper, it is useful for us as a safe doggie downer when the fireworks are in season.
