UN reports 68.5 million people displaced worldwide in 2017

Violence, war and other forms of persecution forced a record 68.5 million people to flee their homes in 2017, according to a new report released Tuesday by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

The annual report, released ahead of World Refugee Day on Wednesday, suggested that on average, a person became displaced every two seconds last year.

Violence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the war in South Sudan and the persecution of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar fueled last year’s displacement numbers.

Those trying to enter Europe are mostly Muslims from their typical sh_tholes.

They may claim some type of asylum status, but in reality most are "economic" refugees, and most wind up on welfare.

They are employment-age males, but with few skills.

They are rarely accompanies by females, planning instead to prey on host country gals, willingly or unwillingly.

Hungary, Austria and Italy have recently elected government that lean more toward anti-immigrant.

Brexit had a significant element like this under the surface, as well.
