It doesn't matter at all what all the people in this cabal did. It only matters whether or not anyone will file charges. And from what I have seen from Sessions so far, I'm not confident that anything substantive will happen.

The people involved may be fired, or censured, or reprimanded, or held in contempt, or whatever. But no criminal charges will be filed. That seems to be way it works these days.

Yes. They are guilty as hell. But we are not going to do anything about it.

Sessions won't have anything to do with it.  All criminal referrals will be dealt with by U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah  John W. Huber.

If history is a guide, you never will. They are just running out the clock on all this stuff, with investigations that go on forever. It's only a matter of time until all of this is in the history books. And then it seems absurd prosecute anyone for something that happened ten years ago. Lois Lerner? Fast and Furious? All just vaporized into history with nothing at all being done about anything.
