Robert De Niro says ‘F--- Trump' onstage at Tonys, gets standing ovation

Actor Robert De Niro repeatedly declared “F— Trump” while speaking onstage at the Tony Awards on Sunday night, and promptly received a standing ovation.

The profanity was bleeped out in the live broadcast, but tweets from attendees and reporters confirmed De Niro’s remarks.

“I’m going to say one thing: ‘F— Trump,’” said the actor, who was presenting an award at the ceremony. “It’s no longer ‘down with Trump,' it’s ‘f— Trump.’”

The audience then erupted in cheers and stood clapping.

CBS bleeped it but not the 40 second standing ovation.

On Australian television the comment went through.

Imagine the firestorm if the same thing had happened to Obama? More proof the Left owns the media and hence the message and the culture. That’s a lot for one man seemingly alone to take. But, take it he does and gives it back. A lesser man wouldn’t have lasted this long.

Martin Scorsese, probably anti Trump himself, who has a film coming out soon with De Niro, must of looked at that and thought, now why would De Niro want to alienate half the country from seeing his film? That’s revenue down the drain.

This isn't even Hollywood. It's Broadway, which is, as hard as it may be to believe, even further left than Hollywood.

I mean, from what I saw, they brought out the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas drama club that orchestrated the "gun control now" narrative that the media STILL believes is organic and totally not scripted.

Even beyond all the Trump hate, Bobby sounds like a genuinely stupid person. He can barely grunt out coherent thoughts and is generally unintelligible about a subject he claims to be enraged about. Bottom line, he is an idiot.

BTW this nonsense with DeNiro reminds me of when Algore or John Kerry held a midnight rally the day before the election and this idiot got up and made some of the stupidest comments to get people to the polls. It was all a bunch of Bush hate and blather. He is a one note moron.
