US and Russian top military command discuss Syria, US-Russia relations
Top US and Russian military leaders are quietly meeting at Königstedt Manor in Vantaa on Friday.
US and Russian military leaders meet on Friday in Finland to discuss relations between the two countries' militaries and the situation in Syria, among other topics.
The top commands will discuss how Russian and Coalition forces can avoid conflict in Syria and exchange views on the state of US-Russia military relations. The current security situation in Europe is also on the agenda, according to a press release issued by the Chairman of the Joints Chiefs of Staff in Washington D.C.
