It's unlikely that LeBron James or Isaiah Thomas are going to lose any sleep over it, but yes, Sen. Ted Cruz is gearing up to shoot some hoops.

The Texas Republican on Thursday challenged Jimmy Kimmel to go one-to-one in basketball for charity – and ABC's late-night man said Thursday night that he's in.

And from the looks of things, it may be a contest of more insults than slam dunks and swishes as the two dribble down the court.

I don't think Ted Cruz should participate in this.  Jimmy Kimmel is nobody.  This will just give him publicity.
