SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KCRA) —
The battle for control of Congress is intense and a key battleground is California’s 4th Congressional District where Democrats are raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to try and unseat Republican incumbent Tom McClintock.
The 4th District covers 10 California counties -- Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Mariposa and Tuolumne counties, as well as portions of Fresno, Madera, Nevada and Placer counties.
