I hold no brief for Obama on anything, but the fact is he was leading a parade but didn't organize it.
Liberals have been trying to clamp down on free speech i.e. conservative speech for decades.
Of course, liberals today mostly bare scant resemblance to what was considered liberal fifty years ago.
Back then, even W. F. Buckley Jr. could get a modicum of respect in liberal quarters.
Today, liberals have gone so far left any dissent from liberal/left orthodoxy is labeled fascism, nazism, KKK speech, etc.
Liberals today do not care about other opinions because they believe they have all the truth. If you don't agree with them, you're a vile person not worthy of arguing with.
In this way liberals today represent the religious fanatics of the middle ages who slaughtered people for dissent. Their religion is leftism....no dissent allowed.
