Sulaiman Dihyem was in Brooklyn last month when his wife delivered their doomed child in war-torn Yemen, and he blames the Trump administration for keeping his pregnant spouse and unborn son from joining him in the U.S. “Especially Trump,†he said. Three times since April 2017, his applications to bring Yemeni spouse Hanan Ali Farhan Al-Ward to the U.S. were unsuccessful.
