President Trump is giving his work in the White House high marks.

Asked during an interview on "Fox & Friends" Thursday what grade he would his presidency, Trump launched into a tirade against the special counsel investigation into possible collusion between his campaign and Russia, before eventually replying: "I would give myself an A+."

"Nobody has done what I’ve been able to do," he said. "And I did it despite the fact that I have a phony cloud over my head that doesn’t exist."

If it's a "phony cloud that doesn't exist", then it must be a real cloud hanging over his head (double negative along the lines of "I couldn't care less").

I would have given him an A+.  But I had to deduct points for that Ginormus abortion of a bill to fund the gov he signed last month

A+?  No “repeal and replace”.  No Mexico paying for the wall.  No “lock her up”.   No Constitutional Amendment for term limits.  No putting us on a path to eliminate our debt within eight years, but we did get the Omnibus Spending Bill.

Ehh....I'd give him an "A" (I don't do plusses) on the economy and on military funding and rebuilding.  All the rest, including the failures to follow through on certain promises, a C (would normally be a D or an F... but since it ain't over yet....).

Sometimes Trump would do himself a huge favor by shutting up, but I would say that Trump has responded to chaos as much as he's created it.

There are some good things happening with the ICE border and inland enforcement policies as well, in spite of the Wall deadlock.
