KILAUEA volcano in Hawaii remains active as the lava lake spills over the Overlook crater in the past week, but will the volcano erupt again?

The lava lake on Kilauea’s summit has spilled out of its overlook crater onto the floor of Halema’uma’ crater.
It is the largest overflow since the summit vent opened up 10 years ago and the first time the lake has overflowed since October 2016.
