China is the fourth largest producer. India and Mexico are just above them so there are many options.

India and Mexico do not export sorghum. Australia and Argentina are the two next top exporters, and there's not much slack right now, so I'd bet the Chinese are hurting themselves as much as, if not more, than hurting the US.
