A little-known bipartisan supported program is literally paying American employers to NOT hire American workers! They’re basically incentivizing employers to hire alien workers over U.S. workers! This program began with Bush II and has been supported by Obama and now Trump. This needs to go ASAP! The crazy thing is that Bush II created this program without ANY Congressional authorization!
