What to Know About the MS-13 Street Gang

During his State of the Union address on Tuesday, President Donald Trump repeatedly mentioned the MS-13 street gang, a violent and powerful group that authorities say have wreaked havoc across the United States for decades.
“Tonight, I am calling on the Congress to finally close the deadly loopholes that have allowed MS-13, and other criminals, to break into our country,†Trump said of the gang.
