Will be thrown out when a judge sees it...assuming anyone of the numerous defendants is served... frivolous

These guys are behind it.  You can read through their positions and decide for yourself if they're serious and legit.  To me, it's a group of Ernie Tertelgte types who know some legalese.

'citizen grand jury's - basically a bunch of guys in a bar drinking and making fake indictments. It is about as real as an episode of The Simpsons, but less important.

I call bogus.  It appears this bunch did file this "indictment" in the Northern District of New York, but the matters complained of occurred in Oregon.  I think if anyone really wanted to challenge this filing, they could successfully assert that the Northern District of New York does not have jurisdiction.   

I love the scribbled signature of the "Grand Jury Foreman" at the end. No printed name attached.  Too cowardly to identify themselves. And I agree a real indictment would have the signature of the US Attorney for the Northern District of New York.   It's not valid without it.
