145 immigration arrests during Texas operation, dozens arrested in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO — Nearly 150 illegal immigrants were arrested during a 7-day operation across Central and South Texas, including several who were previously convicted of violent crimes.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced the arrests on Thursday afternoon. In all, 145 people were arrested; 86 had previous criminal convictions and 61 had been previously deported.
