I just drain the puss my self and use Hydrogen Peroxide, soaking if needed, and that usually does the trick.

cut it open and pour shine on it.
Do the 'poured shine on it dance'
Shake it off, slobber it in bag balm
cover it with old tshirt and duct tape.

clean it out and let it breath at night.
