TUESDAY, Feb. 13, 2018 (HealthDay News) -- Nearly one in 10 U.S. adults has depression, and the rate is almost twice as high for women as men, health officials say.

National survey data showed that more than 8 percent of adults aged 20 and older suffer from low mood, according to a new report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

I know more women with "depression" that I do without "depression". "Depression" being defined as "I take medication for it".

Note: I have Depression but I don't take anything because it rarely rears its ugly head and it is not severe. I know people who are crippled by it which I can understand. I have a good friend who is "one of everything". I'm scared to ride in a car with her.

Depression isn't a laughing matter, I lost two very dear friends to it.

And they were both men.
G-d bless America. G-d bless us all

Adopt a puppy or kitty from your local shelter
Or an older dog or cat. They're true love❤️
